Your exhibitor pass portal

Here you can personalise your exhibitor passes and order additional passes. 

Please note that admission can only be guaranteed with a personalised ticket.



Please enter your badge code and your stand number and click on the button "Access exhibitor passes".

The list of available passes will appear if you scroll further down this page.


Overview exhibitor passes and personalisation

  1. To personalise a pass, click on the name of the pass and then enter the first and last name of the stand staff member.
  2. In the "Booker" tab you can, if necessary, adjust the e-mail address to which the exhibitor pass will then be sent.
  3. Then click on "Save" to complete the entry. After a few minutes you will receive the exhibitor pass by e-mail.


You can change the data at any time by clicking on the name of the respective participant.


Book additional chargeable exhibitor passes

Please note: You can book one badge of one badge type per booking.


  1. Select the quantity 1 of the desired badge type.
  2. In the next step, enter the details of the participant and the booker.
  3. After confirming the booking conditions, click on "Book now".


If you need more badges, click on the button "Book again" and repeat steps 1-3.
