Welcome to your exhibitor pass portal!
Here you can personalize your exhibitor passes and order additional passes. Please note that admission to the fair can only be guaranteed with a personalized ticket.
To generate your exhibitor passes, please enter your pass code and your registration number and click on the "Retrieve exhibitor passes" button.
After successfully entering your data, you will be shown a list of the available exhibitor passes, which you can then have sent to you by e-mail.
Personalization & overview of your exhibitor passes
- To personalize an pass, click on the "Personalize" button and then enter the first and last name of the stand employee.
- Then click on "Save" to complete the entry. After a few minutes you will receive the exhibitor pass by e-mail to the correspondence e-mail address we have on file.
The data can be changed at any time by clicking on the "Edit" button in the respective pass field. After processing, you will receive the updated exhibitor pass by email. The old exhibitor pass automatically loses its validity.
Book additional exhibitor passes for a fee
Please note: You can book one day pass or permanent pass per booking.
- Choose the quantity of the type of pass you want.
- In the next step, enter the data of the participant and the booker.
- After confirming the booking conditions, click on "Book now".
If you need more passes click on the "Book again" button and repeat steps 1-3.
